Allison Monske

Originally from Louisville, Allison started as a volunteer with Hand in Hand in 2007 and joined the team in 2012 as the Immersion Trip Coordinator, later becoming the Director of Immersion Trips.

Her role involves creating meaningful trip experiences, which she approaches with creativity and attention to detail. Her goal is to ensure that the planning process is seamless for all teams, allowing them to focus on the mission and the transformative experiences that await them.
